Situated along miles of wide sandy beach one of the newest and most luxurious villa complexes is situated right on the edge of the dunes and ocean and provides spectacular, unforgettable views for all of its villas. This four story, beautiful villa complex, with elevator, is comprised of two identical buildings with a fabulous pool situated between them. The large sunny pool right on the edge of the dunes provides an ideal fun atmosphere for the whole family. Along with spacious decking and ample lounge chairs is a shaded area for grilling. The wonderful quiet, secluded beach is just steps away via a picturesque boardwalk over the dunes. The beautiful architecture of Sandy Lane is in evidence with its many columns, arches, pillars and balustrades. The grounds have been professionally landscaped with palms and flowering plantings. This sensational, luxurious hideaway is flanked by pines, oaks and palms.
These spectacular 3 bedroom/3 bath villas, offer amazing views of the ocean, at times the beach and, in some instances, the pool. Each villa has a large "L" shaped deck offering various tables and chairs to completely enjoy the views, scenery and all the pure fun and delight of surveying the beauty of Daufuskie Island. All the villas offer numerous wide windows to fully capitalize on those amazing views.
On the inside all of the villas, architecturally, have been beautifully designed. The great room is spacious and includes the living area, which is closest to the ocean. The open dining area adjoins the living area and also benefits from all the windows. There are sliding glass doors in the living area and dining area for easy access to your spacious balcony. The great room has a high ceiling with built in recessed lighting. The kitchen, at times, opens to the dining area and has been beautifully designed, for it includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and light wood grained cabinets. Off the kitchen is a separate laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. The kitchen has a light stone floor and generally offers at least two bar stools at the breakfast bar.
The master bedroom is always the bedroom off the living room, closest to the ocean. Here you will be treated to fabulous views, a set of sliding glass doors to the balcony, a trayed ceiling, a continuation of the beautiful cove molding from the great room, a king bed, end tables and an armoire with a TV and most often a DVD. The lavish master bath offers a spa tub with recessed shelving for the champagne glasses, dual sinks, stone tiled floors and walls and a separate shower.
The second bedroom of the villa will generally have a queen bed or two twin beds, TV and DVD (Check individual villa description) and a private bath with shower only.
The third and final bedroom will vary as to the size of the beds, TV and DVD. (Check individual villa description) It offers windows on two sides, and a private bath. This bath has a large soaking tub with recessed shelving, stone floors and walls, dual sinks and a separate shower.
