    This wonderful 7 bedroom, 7 bath home is an incredible vacation retreat perfect for any type of reunion or large gathering, including weddings. Not only does it sleep up to 18 comfortably, but it offers three family rooms, two kitchens, one of which has two large side by side refrigerators, and the most appealing, comfortable and well appointed screened porch and front porches available. One of its seven bedrooms even has two sets of bunk beds, perfect for the cousins or the young ones. Additionally it offers two master bedrooms, each with king beds, and an array of queen beds, twin beds and a sleeper sofa, all capable of providing a wide choice of sleeping options. Five of the seven bedrooms all have their own private baths. This home will be an incredible choice for the large family reunion, wedding, golf group or gathering of friends.

    From the outside this is an impressive home, with its white-latticed ground floor, white banister split staircase and three gables. It is not until you get closer that you notice that the inviting front porch is home to two large, friendly soft shell crabs waiting to intrigue you as you chat away while seated comfortably in the eight white Adirondack chairs. If the breeze of the day is missing, the overhead fans will help. If a front porch is a nostalgic distant memory, you will rediscover your childhood on this porch. The mostly southern exposure of the front porch allows the sunlight to pour in the entry hall, via the sixteen panel front doors, exposing and highlighting the beautiful Brazilian cherry hardwood floors. Stepping into the great room and walking past the stately classic colonial columns, you enter the living area with couch, white wicker seats and chairs all oriented to the white Nantucket armoire with large screen TV and DVD. The adjacent dining area with large dining room table seats six and like the living room area with its many windows, offers wooded views via the large multi pained French doors which lead to an incredible screened back porch.

    The beautiful large open kitchen is amazing, for here you will see a rare sight. Set amongst the beautiful cabinetry and granite countertops is a massive granite top island, two large breakfast bar stools and off to the side are two large stainless steel refrigerators. If your group loves their food and cold beverages you will be in heaven here. The doors off to the side lead out to the back porch as previously mentioned. This is a very large screened in porch with several overhead fans and with numerous tables and chairs. There are two circular round tables, which seat six at each table also there are two pink striped chairs, end table and coffee table, a matching striped couch and two more end tables, a chaise lounge chair and a ceramic high table and four high chairs. "No one will be left standing".

    Back inside, down the hall is a second small family room with a sleeper sofa, white clapboard coffee table and pine armoire with TV and DVD. Additionally there is a full hall bath.

    There are two bedrooms on this floor. The first is a master with a king British West Indies bed with a large armoire that offers a TV and DVD. The master bath offers dual sinks, travertine floors, granite countertops and a large shower with bench. The second bedroom, with cheerful décor including yellow walls and flower power fabrics, has a queen white clapboard bed and matching end tables, bed foot bench and armoire with TV and VCR. A full hall bath services this bedroom. Completing this floor is a laundry room with access to the front porch.

    Upstairs you arrive at the entrance to the third family room. What a great bonus, for here you will discover a large "L" sectional couch situated toward the large screen TV with DVD. But, just as amazing is a second kitchen area that is part of this family room. This kitchen offers a full refrigerator, dishwasher and sink. There is also another fully furnished screened in porch overlooking the oaks with a large table with seating for eight along with a mosaic table and four chairs.

    The second master bedroom and one of the five bedrooms upstairs offers a British West Indies king bed, matching end tables, armoire with TV and DVD, sea grass chair and sisal area rug over the beautiful Brazilian wood floors. The master bath offers granite dual sinks and shower. The next bedroom offers twin beds and is distinguished by the pink flamingo area rug, blue and pink comforters over grass bed skirts. Fun and wild, this bedroom has a TV and DVD and a private bath with tub and shower combination. Offering another dimension of fun is the bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, a total of four beds. Each set of bunk beds has a top bunk with built in guardrail. The youngsters will love this bedding arrangement. There is a private bath, which offers a combination tub and shower. The last two bedrooms offer a queen bed with TV and DVD in one and two twin beds in the other with TV and DVD. These two bedrooms share a bath.

    The fun of going to the beach or the pool is of course enhanced by hopping into your rented golf cart and riding through the woods on paved roads, past the golf course and through the majestic Avenue of the Oaks. Please note that two charcoal grills are also available at the home.
